My compassionate nature creates a warm and non-judgmental space to process trauma, parenting difficulties, daily challenges, and cultural issues. I believe that everyone’s lived experience is unique and is worthy to be understood. In sessions with me, my clients feel seen and understood by me. I work with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds to help overcome their past or present obstacles.

I work by using the best treatment modalities, which are tailored for you. I use CBT, mindfulness, and humanistic approaches while being culturally sensitive and trauma informed.
