Are You OK? Get High Quality Therapy From The Comfort of Your Home
Pacific MFT Network is fully committed to your health and safety. During these stressful times it's critical to remember that your emotional health is just as important as your physical health. Typical daily routines have been shattered by the implications of the coronavirus (COVID-19). As the government and CDC recommend more restrictions, we will be spending more time at home surrounded by our family. Although this sounds like heaven to some, it can very stressful to others. Most people with children are being forced to become homeschool teachers. People that must work can’t find reasonable daycare for their children. Elder care is restricting visitation from family. Many forms of entertainment are closed: movie theaters, bars, and restaurants. Even playdates for your kids are out. There is no toilet paper or hand sanitizer in stores for miles around. The grocery store shelves are empty. The death count from the virus raises daily. Who wouldn’t be stressed out?
Your therapist at Pacific MFT Network is available to help you through this turmoil. Maintaining your emotional health has a direct impact on your immunity. The healthier your emotional self, the healthier your immune system. We are offering online/video and telephone therapy to all our clients via a HIPAA compliant, easy to use app called Doxy.me. We also have online stress relief groups that can provide immediate relief from stress and worry. There are more online groups coming soon, such as Anxiety and Worry Group for Children, Anxiety and Worry Group for Teens, COVID-19 Support Group for Adults (in English and Portuguese).
If you have a need for support, we will do everything in our power to help. Please feel free to reach out to any of our 20 therapists to schedule an online therapy session or to inquire about one of our online groups. You can see a photo and bio for each of our therapists at https://www.pacificmft.com/our-team.
