Positive Growth Tip for the New Year
Themes of "Perfectionism" or "Being Perfect" has been coming up in sessions, whether between couples, relationships or professionally. So for New Year's intentions, here’s a helpful tip based on Brene Brown's Ted Talk "The Power of Vulnerability:”
The intention is to strive for excellence not perfectionism. While perfectionism harbors fear and avoidance, striving for excellence despite our flaws leads to a healthy improvement and personal growth.
