I am passionate about helping my clients explore the intersections of self-esteem, relationships, anxiety, childhood trauma, and adoption. Throughout life, we continually revisit and re-negotiate our understanding of the experiences that have shaped us. I provide a casual and warm space that allows clients to explore those experiences and build resilience while engaging in life in a a more effective way. I am here to challenge you while also providing a supportive relationship that allows for an authentic examination of what is working, versus what needs to change. Many of my clients see me right before or just after break-ups.

In sessions, I work from a perspective that asks, “What in your past has brought you here?” not “What is wrong with you?”. My clients appreciate how they shift into a more complete understanding of how their emotions and past experiences impact important decisions. They leave with practical tools to build on their strengths and make lasting change.
