I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds, including mixed race/ethnicity and BIPOC communities. I also have a unique specialization in grieving the loss of a loved one to suicide. My clients often appreciate my therapeutic style, which is impactful, casual, warm, funny, and safe. I draw on a variety of therapeutic orientations and interventions, tailoring my approach to best meet each client's unique needs.

In our sessions, you'll find a conversational and non-threatening environment where the focus is on building a trusting relationship. My goal is not to bring you to tears but to create a space where you feel comfortable exploring and self-disclosing. I am here to help you become the best version of yourself, empowering you to recognize and make choices that align with your true desires.

Change begins when you're ready to explore your life and behaviors to decide what to retain and what to release. In bustling cities like Los Angeles or San Francisco, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, depression, loneliness, guilt, frustration, helplessness, and hopelessness. Therapy provides a supportive space to work through these feelings and choose a path that aligns with your goals and values.

If you think we might be a good fit, I invite you to reach out for a complimentary consultation. There’s no obligation to continue after the call. Finding the right therapist is crucial to achieving your goals, and the strength of the therapeutic relationship is key. I encourage you to explore your options and find the best fit for your needs. I look forward to the opportunity to speak with you!
